Local Funding Resources
Many local and regional revolving loan funds exist throughout New Hampshire. These funds have been capitalized from a variety of services, many with federal monies. The administration of these funds is generally handled by a non-profit corporation, while the local funds most often are overseen by governing bodies with the help of a loan committee. The loans may be used in conjunction with other sources to leverage additional monies or independently finance the project.

To find out if you have these resources at your local level, please check here for your local business and economic agency

City Of Rochester
The City of
Rochester has created the Job Opportunity Benefit (JOB) Loan Program in order to create and sustain a supportive environment for growing small businesses.  This program is a revolving loan fund that offers business loans in amounts generally from $10,000 to $50,000 for companies creating jobs for low and moderate income individuals.   The JOB Loan Program is an equal opportunity lender and is funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through a Community Development Block Grant.  Also offers businesses assistance with site selection and local municipal processes.  Provides referrals to businesses in need of training and education, financing, business/marketing plans, and business counseling.
