State of New Hampshire Trade Mission to Colombia
Oct. 19-21,* 2015
Where: Bogotá, Colombia PLUS additional spin-off market(s) upon request
When: Monday, Oct. 19 - Wednesday, Oct. 21 (*spin off market appointments are anticipated to occur on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Oct. 21-23 as determined by availability)
Participation Fee: $1,800 for Bogotá, Colombia PLUS $700+ for spin-off markets
Registration fee includes:
•Costs for one company representative
•Gold Key business to business or business to government matchmaking meetings with Colombian partners as arranged by the U.S. Embassy, Bogotá
•Dedicated interpreters for Gold Key matchmaking meetings
•Country breakfast briefing by U.S. Embassy officials
•U.S. Ambassador reception
•Limited additional meals, likely to include a networking luncheon
•Limited ground transportation
The fee for each additional company representative is $400.
Sunday, Oct 18: Departure/travel day- depart BOS w/stops in JFK, MIA or EWR. Travel time ranges between 10-13 hours (including layovers); afternoon arrival in Bogotá
Monday, Oct 19: Breakfast briefing for trade mission participants at hotel. Individualized afternoon matchmaking appointments at hotel or as identified; evening reception w/US Ambassador to Colombia for trade mission participants and selected guests
Tuesday, Oct 20: Continuation of individualized matchmaking meetings throughout the day
Wednesday, Oct 21: Depart Bogotá for spin-off markets or conclusion of mission/return to Boston
How to register: Upon receipt of your Gold Key questionnaire, and following a conference call with the U.S. Embassy in Colombia to assess feasibility and market potential, you will be provided a direct link for registration and payment.
