  Ezenia Named February
“Innovation Rocks!” Award Winner

NASHUA–
The creation of software used to send emergency alerts and other information across the country led to Ezenia, Inc. being named the “Innovation Rocks!” Award winner by the New Hampshire Division of Economic Development’s Business Resource Center for the month of February.

The Nashua-based company, which is a leading provider of real-time collaboration solutions, bringing new and valuable levels of interaction and collaboration to corporate networks and the Internet, was recently selected by the U.S. Department of Education to provide communication software which will connect every state’s education department to a central hub in
Washington, D.C. as part of a pilot project. The company’s InfoWorkSpace (IWS) product provides geographically dispersed teams with the ability to share information in a real-time virtual environment through the utilization of shared applications.

“Ezenia’s outstanding product is going to provide the Department of Education with a powerful tool to share information in an efficient and timely manner,” said New Hampshire Business Resource Center Director Roy Duddy. “In an age where rapid information dissemination is crucial, Ezenia is leading the way in making communication easier.”
