Marcat Machining Named February Innovation Rocks! Award Winner
The development of an innovative series of custom accessories for drums and steel guitars led to Nashua-based Marcat Machining being named the Innovation Rocks! Award winner by the New Hampshire Business Resource Center for the month of February.
Marcat Machining, through its Qwikstix product line, has created custom drumstick holders and steel guitar fixed bar holders for some of the worlds most renowned musicians including Rikki Rockett of Poison, Travis Barker of Blink 182, Meg White of the White Stripes, Eric Singer of the Alice Cooper Band and Gina Schock of the Go-Gos.
Marcat Machining is an excellent example of a groundbreaking New Hampshire company you might not have ever known was in your backyard, said New Hampshire Business Resource Center Director Roy Duddy.
