Hypertherm Named September “Innovation Rocks!” Award Winner

HANOVER– The development of a world class technical training institute has led to Hypertherm being named the “Innovation Rocks!” award winner by the New Hampshire Business Resource Center for the month of September.

The Hanover-based company specializing in metal cutting technology recently created the Hypertherm Technical Training Institute (HTTI), a multi-million dollar training facility designed to address the need for skilled CNC machinists. Hypertherm expects to hire over 100 machinists over the next three years to meet the global demands for its products and also pledges to pay existing employees their regular wages while attending classes at the HTTI.
