NH PTAC EVENTS:

How to Get CVE Verified by the VA
September 29, 12PM-1:00PM
If your small business is at least 51% owned by qualified veteran(s), you may be eligible for verification as an SDVOSB. The VA is required by law to give top priority to SDVOSB for its contracts, and firms that are verified by the VA are eligible for set-asides.

Beginning in January, the verification process will change, moving from the Department of Veterans Affairs to the Small Business Administration. The rules will be essentially the same, but the process will be different. In the following year, the SBA SDVOSB certification is expected to be required by all federal agencies, ending the self-certification that is accepted now (except by VA).

New certification processes never go off without a hitch; if you get VA-verified now, you’ll be grandfathered while SBA debugs its new system.

Let us guide you through the current process before the upcoming change.
