The InvestNH Municipal Demolition Grant Program makes $5 million available to municipalities, providing funding to use or distribute for the demolition of vacant and dilapidated buildings. Awards are issued to municipalities on a first-come, first-served basis and funds are provided on a reimbursement basis, with $500,000 per municipality cap. Properties subject to demolition must have been vacant for 90 days prior to the application, have no reasonable, cost-effective measures available that could restore it to use, and must be part of a larger revitalization or greening plan.
