The InvestNH Municipal Per Unit Grant Program was an affordable housing incentive for municipalities that awarded $10,000 per unit of new affordable housing permitted. Awards were issued as one-time payments with $1 million per project and per municipality caps. Qualified units were required to be at or below 80 percent of Area Median Income (AMI), with qualified projects creating a minimum of three new affordable units.
The Demolition program awarded a total of $16.2 million and impacted 1,910 housing units.
