• Request for Determination Regarding Proposed Acquisition of Limited Interest
  Trevor McCourt, Deputy City Attorney of the City of Portsmouth, requests a determination from CORD on their analysis of whether the Peverly Hill Road Complete Streets Project is an allowable use of property encumbered by an LCIP easement, and whether they are permitted to acquire the property without further action by CORD.
• NH Land Conservation Investment Program (LCIP) Annual Report 
  Charlotte Harding, director of the Conservation Land Stewardship Program, to present the annual report, as required by RSA 162-C:8 IV. The report summarizes the status and monitoring activities for each LCIP property and includes an accounting of Land Conservation Endowment funds for fiscal year 2026.

• SLR 2019-006 (Informational)
  Matthew Broadhead, Associate Attorney General, on behalf of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) has sent a letter to CORD to inform the Council that the conditions of a previously approved SLR have changed. The sale of two parcels on the northbound and southbound of I-95 adjacent to the existing NH Liquor Stores on each parcel was cancelled in favor of a leasehold transaction.
