III.    LAND CONSERVATION INVESTMENT PROGRAM (LCIP)
  • Land Conservation Endowment (LCE) Presentation 
    Representatives of Bar Harbor Wealth Management will present on the LCIP Endowment and answer questions from the Council.
  • Fry Easement Violation Notice
    Charlotte Harding from CLSP will report on a violation of the conservation easement on the property referred to as “Knights Pond.” The land was acquired through the LCIP with public and private donations and is held by the State in the Public Trust.

IV.    SURPLUS LAND REVIEW
  • SLR 2026-001 Bloody Point
    The Department of Transportation (NHDOT) proposes selling approximately 2.29 acres of land in Newington, NH in accordance with NH RSA 4:40. NHDOT requests CORD review the SLR application.

V.    Department of Natural and Cultural Resources – (DNCR)
  • Kelsey Notch Trails Report
    The Department of Natural & Cultural Resources (DNCR) is required to submit an environmental compliance report to CORD annually. This report is a requirement of the conditional approval voted on by CORD on March 11, 2021.
