2026 MLUR Survey

Pursuant to RSA 675:9, the New Hampshire Office of Planning and Development (OPD) requests your assistance in providing updated 2026 land use regulations and other planning-related information. Our office has provided prior survey information we have on file for your municipality/village district/county. Please review the 2026 survey and return it to our office with corrections, changes, and/or missing information by October 30, 2026. 

Instructions: 

1. Download and find the previous survey we have on file (this is a combined searchable PDF of all municipalities/village districts/counties):

2. Review the information for your community, including the live hyperlinks in the “Land Use Regulations” section. Please note, OPD changed the MLUR survey format in 2026 by removing some fields and adding new ones. 


3. Note changes or corrections and enter missing or new information for 2026. OPD has created a PDF fillable form.   You can either complete the fillable PDF form, print the existing survey for your municipality and mark up the changes, or e-mail a list of corrections. Corrected surveys can be e-mailed to Alvina.Snegach@livefree.nh.gov. 


4. Check the contact information in the survey. If there are changes to contacts, please note that in the corrections referenced above.
