The Council on Resources and Development (CORD) encourages cooperation among state agencies regarding the environment, natural resources, and growth management. Meetings occur every other month and are held in the Caswell Conference Room at BEA, 100 N. Main Street in Concord.
Surplus Land Reviews – CORD administers the Surplus Land Review (SLR) process, collecting feedback from state agencies on requests for disposal of state-owned property, and making recommendations to the Long-Range Capital Planning and Utilization Committee.
Land Conservation Investment Program – CORD manages and administers the lands acquired and funds established under the Land Conservation Investment Program (LCIP).
