• LCHIP Funding Request
  The Land & Community Heritage Investment Program requests approval from CORD to withdraw up to $321,871 from the Community Conservation Endowment (CCE) fund for the purpose of awarding stewardship grants

• Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Draw Request
  The Conservation Land Stewardship Program (CLSP) is making its annual request from the Monitoring Endowment to complete fiscal year reconciliation and closeout activities.
• Fiscal Year 2027 Disbursement Request for Vehicle Funds
  The Conservation Land Stewardship Program (CLSP) requests a disbursement from the Monitoring Endowment for funds to procure a dedicated vehicle.
• DNCR Request for FY 2026 Disbursement From LCE
  Department of Natural & Cultural Resources requests CORD authorization to disburse $23,821 from the endowment for FY2026.
• Peverly Hill Road Portsmouth Eminent Domain (Informational)
  The City of Portsmouth City Council voted to acquire by eminent domain the limited temporary and permanent interests needed for the Peverly Road Complete Streets Project over two privately owned parcels encumbered by City-held conservation easements acquired with LCIP funds.

• 2026-002 SLR Sugar Hill
  The Department of Fish and Game is proposing to transfer the Coffin Pond Parcel, where a Dam was recently removed, to the Town of Sugar Hill. The Town intends to rebuild the Coffin Pond Dam and continue to allow public access to the site.
• 2026-003 SLR Laconia
  The Department of Safety (DOS) requests CORD to consider the Department’s proposed Lease of State-Owned Space Agreement, pursuant to RSA 4:40, between the DOS and the Lakes Region Fire Aid Association (LRMFA). 

• Kelly Farm Conservation Easement Violation
  CORD will hear an update from the parties involved and discuss next step.
