BEA Airlift Campaign

With funding from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) through its Travel, Tourism & Outdoor Recreation grant, BEA is promoting new direct flights from Florida to New Hampshire. This initiative—one of several supported by the grant—aims to boost leisure travel and grow the state’s visitor economy in Summer and Fall 2025 and beyond.

With over 70% of Florida-to-NH trips occurring in these months and 43% of Floridians reporting direct flights will increase their likelihood to visit, the timing and opportunity are ideal. The campaign focuses on key Florida markets—Orlando, Fort Myers, and Tampa—which show strong intent to travel, especially Orlando (13.9%).
