NH BEA Commissioner Visits Keene on Economic Development Tour and Stakeholder Meetings

WHAT:
New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) Commissioner Lucy Lange visited Keene for a series of site visits and meetings with local and regional leaders focused on strengthening partnerships, supporting workforce development, and advancing economic growth initiatives across the Monadnock region.

Joining Commissioner Lange was Executive Council Karen Liot Hill, visiting Keene’s role as a regional economic hub, with particular emphasis on downtown investment, housing development, innovation space, and employer support. The Commissioner engaged directly with municipal officials, healthcare providers, financial institutions, higher education partners, and regional employers to better understand local priorities and explore opportunities for continued state collaboration.
