New Hampshire State Colleges and Universities

Community College System of New Hampshire

For those between the ages of 16-24 who are considering their future, the New Hampshire Job Corps Center has resources to find and train them for the right career path.

Adult Education services are available year-round enabling people to gain academic and English language skills that will assist them in their personal and professional lives. These services are available at 35 centers located across New Hampshire and include the following:
 
  • Adult Basic Education
    • Free classes to improve basic skills in reading, writing, and math. 
  • Adult High School
    • Classes to earn credits to complete adult high school requirements and earn a diploma.
  • English as a Second Language (ESL)
    • Free classes to improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. 
  • NH High School Equivalency Testing (HiSET)
    • Preparation and testing support to earn a New Hampshire High School Equivalency Certificate.
  • Programs and resources to help people prepare to use these services or continue education after high school and prepare them for employment.
