If multiple programs or locations are being proposed, entities should provide a separate proposal narrative (#4 from above) and proposal budget (worksheet and narrative) (#6 from above) for EACH PROGRAM and/or LOCATION being proposed. Items 1-2, 4-5, and 7-11 above, only need to be included once per packet as they are not program or location specific.

Amendment regarding section 6 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Programs RFP DBEA 2024-09
Page 8, section 6 from “No less than three (3) SWIB members shall serve as the Selection Committee for this RFP.” to read “At least one (1) SWIB members shall serve on the Selection Committee for this RFP.”
